Office Cleaner

Job Overview

Gem Fashion Studio in Mumbai is seeking a male office cleaner to maintain cleanliness and assist with basic housekeeping tasks. This role requires working on-site with a schedule that includes occasional Sunday hours and specific responsibilities related to tea preparation for staff.

Work Schedule

• Regular working hours: 9 AM to 8 PM.
• Two Sundays off per month; on Sundays, work timing is 10 AM to 6 PM.
• If Monday or Saturday is taken off, one paid Sunday holiday will be deducted. More than 2 total absences mean Monday and Sunday off are not permitted.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily sweeping, dusting, and floor cleaning of the office area every morning.
• Prepare tea twice daily and wash glasses for approximately 35 staff members.
• Make green tea for guests using an electric gas stove provided by the office.
• Report any items or housekeeping needs outside tea-making and cleaning duties in advance with a list.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between INR 15,000 and 18,000 (in-hand).
• Lunch and dinner provided by the employee; however, utensils and electric gas are supplied free by the employer.
• Two tea breaks and one evening snack provided daily by the company.
• After one year of employment, a year-end bonus will be awarded in the second year.
