Offset Controller (m/w/d)

Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist the Offset department in planning and executing offset obligations, ensuring these commitments are met effectively. You will routinely monitor the financial outcomes of the offset area, hold controlling discussions with responsible parties, and derive forecast values related to offset commitments. Additionally, you will support project controlling activities by planning and reviewing project statuses with supervisors and updating project plans systemically concerning timelines, resources, and performance.

Your duties also include monthly updates of offset commitments, managing documentation and product databases, and preparing relevant summaries. Analytical tasks, handling special assignments, and contributing to year-end closing activities will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in Controlling.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and tools for data analysis and presentations.
• Commercial understanding combined with a strong interest in technical products and topics.
• Structured, disciplined, and independent working style.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
