Role Overview

The Operations Assistant Manager will provide support for daily operational activities and logistics, working with different teams in a regulated healthcare environment. The role calls for someone who is proactive, meticulous, and comfortable coordinating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Head of Department in managing facilities, delivery fulfilment, and supply planning.
• Monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with the relevant standards, including GDPMDS and internal operating procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners such as suppliers and transport providers to maintain effective working relationships.
• Take on overseas work assignments when required and as directed by the Operations Head of Department.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Facilities Management is an advantage.
• Prior experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
