About the Role

We seek a dedicated Operations Head to oversee and optimize the daily functions of our EdTech enterprise based in Visakhapatnam. This role requires managing operational workflows, collaborating across departments, and enhancing processes to support the effective delivery of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise comprehensive daily company operations to maintain efficient workflows.
• Facilitate coordination among sales, marketing, and academic teams to align objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Guarantee seamless execution of courses and provide robust student support services.
• Monitor performance indicators regularly and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficacy.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience, ideally within the EdTech or broader education sector.
• Excellent organizational aptitude coupled with strong communication capabilities.
• A graduate-level education with proficient command of English.
