Operations & Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned 3PL Logistics Manager to join our Global Logistics team amid a dynamic period of expansion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing outbound logistics efficiency across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete order fulfillment, distribution, and logistics for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with APAC 3PL partners to implement service improvements, achieve cost reductions, while consistently maintaining a superior luxury customer experience.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with internal teams including Operations & Customer Service, Finance, and Sales.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with APAC 3PL, ensuring adherence to schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare commercial documentation for B2B export shipments via APAC 3PL.
• Manage B2B export bookings, complying with agreed terms.
• Supervise B2C operational activities.
• Handle preparation of international courier shipments within the company as directed.
• Develop and maintain Vendor Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee vendor distribution center booking management in partnership with 3PL to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through batch management and stock reconciliation processes.
• Support the Global Logistics Manager with various initiatives such as:
• Distribution center audits and cycle counts.
• Inter-distribution center stock transfers.
• Managing multi-channel returns.
• Vendor compliance and onboarding procedures.
• Carrier services oversight and exception management.
• E-commerce logistics operations.

Additional Information

This role is based onsite in Singapore and focuses on driving operational excellence within the APAC logistics domain, with a key emphasis on sustaining a premium customer experience throughout supply chain processes.
