Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all facets of our NBFC operations. This position involves leading operational teams, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines as well as internal policies, and enhancing the efficiency of loan processing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete operational activities of the NBFC business.
• Lead, guide, and supervise the performance of operational teams.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards set by the Reserve Bank of India and internal company policies.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce the turnaround time for loan processing.
• Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to monitor operations.
• Address and resolve escalations related to operational issues promptly.
