The Operations Specialist role is a part of PNC's AMG Operations - Revenue and Control Services - Fee Unit, primarily based in Cleveland, OH, with potential remote work options depending on location and approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex transactions involving moderate to high financial value by adhering to established policies and procedures, often specializing in one or multiple product areas.
- Identify exceptions and act as an escalation point for intricate transaction issues.
- Coordinate with internal service partners to route calls, documents, and other requirements to ensure transaction completion and communicate with external customers when needed.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and materials are gathered for transaction processing.
- Offer guidance and consultation to both internal teams and external customers, review current processes for efficiency, drive improvements, and assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Review transactions and related documents to confirm they meet accuracy, completeness, compliance, and service level standards; participate in risk mitigation efforts.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Trust Accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets with basic formulas.
- Strong capabilities in accountability, customer service solutions, compliance adherence, initiative, process improvement, results orientation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Competencies in meticulous accuracy, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, operational functions, and knowledge of standard operating procedures.
Employment Details
This position may qualify for remote work in select geographic areas, but work must be conducted from a secure, quiet, home-based workspace. Occasional in-office attendance may be required for business needs. PNC does not offer visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this role.

- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range is $41,250 to $68,750 annually, varying by location, skills, experience, and education. The role is eligible for incentive compensation based on company and individual performance.
