Operations Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor who can energize and guide a team to achieve productivity targets aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a key role in managing attendance and workflow tracking, collaborating closely with the Shift Manager to promptly identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Key Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day departmental tasks and responsibilities.
• Delegate assignments to associates to support workflow and meet daily production KPIs and goals.
• Lead stand-up meetings, provide feedback to associates, and conduct floor and vehicle inspections.
• Contribute to training and upskilling new team members.
• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting departmental performance metrics.
• Support evaluation of factors influencing success or shortfalls in achieving departmental delivery and fulfillment center KPIs.
• Manage tracking, reporting, and upkeep of working hours and schedules.
• Review and periodically update Standard Operating Procedures to maintain relevance and compliance.
• Enhance product throughput efficiency at the operational stations.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks, actively participating in safety programs.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of daily workflows, production goals, and staffing levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, with a standard 40-hour workweek plus overtime as necessary.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk throughout shifts up to 12 hours, and perform frequent movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
