Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients in understanding and transforming business processes using Oracle solutions.
• Analyze strategies, identify risks, recommend solutions to meet functional needs effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate small project teams, adapting to project structures.
• Develop and present design options through prototypes.
• Configure, document, and test Oracle systems while applying Oracle development methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are accomplished.
• Build trust with clients and internal teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Continuously enhance your skills to support business development and sales initiatives.
• Stay informed of industry trends and Oracle advancements to provide optimal client solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of functional advisory or consulting experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Successfully completed a minimum of 3 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Fluent English proficiency due to frequent communication with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
• Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM Cloud certifications.
• Strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to problem-solve creatively.
• Proven experience in building client trust and partnership through business process design, workshop facilitation, gap analysis, requirements identification (RICEW), functional design, test planning, and execution.

Additional Information

Annual salary range varies by region, position, skills, and experience. For British Columbia and Ontario, the typical salary range is between 82,600 and 132,600 CAD annually.
