Role Overview
Mason Blake is a recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in investment management. We seek an ambitious, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to facilitate the everyday operations of our business. This position provides diverse exposure to investment management, marketing, operations, and internal talent acquisition within a fast-paced financial services setting.
Key Duties
- Provide direct executive assistance to the Managing Director on a daily basis.
- Organise diaries, coordinate meetings, manage travel plans, and maintain business schedules.
- Draft employment contracts and help handle employee administration such as holiday tracking.
- Oversee internal recruitment and assist in talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay informed on trends and developments within financial markets and the investment management sector.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM platform and internal databases.
- Support broader business functions to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.
- Create and manage marketing materials for social media campaigns.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- At least one year of office-based work experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and eagerness to remain informed about industry progressions.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Adept at quickly adopting new technologies and CRM tools.
- Professional, self-motivated, and capable of independent work.

Desirable:
- Previous experience in PA, Executive Assistance, or office support roles.
