Ayurnnath Ayurveda is seeking dedicated Patient Care Coordinators to join their Healthcare Support Team at Garia, Kolkata. This full-time, office-based role involves handling inbound patient calls, understanding their health concerns, providing general health advice according to company training, and suggesting pertinent Ayurvedic wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage incoming patient calls with empathy and efficiency.
• Actively listen and identify patients' health needs.
• Offer general health guidance based on specific company training and protocols.
• Recommend Ayurvedic wellness solutions tailored to patient requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and scheduled follow-ups.
• Deliver a compassionate, patient-centered experience consistently.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduation from any recognized university.
• Mandatory completion of Biology at the Class XII level.
• Preference for medical students and healthcare graduates.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Good communication skills in Bengali; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy essential.

Working Conditions and Salary

• Location: Garia, Kolkata (near Garia Railway Station).
• Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with an 8-hour workday and 1-hour break.
• Monthly salary starting at ₹9,200.
• Four days off per month plus festival holidays.
