Payroll Processing Specialist with 2-4 Years Experience

About the Role

Guru & Jana Chartered Accountants is looking for a Payroll Processing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to manage payroll operations at locations including Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Udupi in Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute payroll processing for the company every pay period efficiently.
• Handle quarterly electronic TDS salary returns filings accurately.
• Manage year-end procedures including validation of investment proofs.
• Utilize payroll software such as Greythr along with MS Excel for payroll management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax returns, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable labor laws.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree in B.Com, M.Com, or MBA.
• 2 to 4 years of experience specifically in payroll processing.
• Well-versed in statutory compliance related to payroll and labor regulations.
• Capable of joining within 15 to 30 days of notice.
