Joining Steps

1. Register to appear for an interview.
2. Attend the interview session.
3. Upon selection, complete a mandatory 3-day training program.

Training Benefits

Candidate Eligibility

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Age should be between 18 and 40 years.

• Bank passbook for salary transactions.

Work Procedure

Log in at the nearest WorkSetu hub or store at the start of your shift. Job duties will be assigned based on availability at the hub.

Compensation

Part-time remuneration ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month, while full-time earnings can vary from ₹15,000 up to ₹35,000 per month.
