About the Role
This position is primarily campus-based in Leeds with flexibility for hybrid working. The People Programmes and Planning Team is tasked with designing, planning, and implementing programmes and projects that support the University's strategic objectives related to people and culture. These initiatives span a broad array of activities dedicated to improving organizational effectiveness.
Reporting directly to the Head of People Programmes and Planning, the successful candidate will possess robust expertise in managing complex change initiatives and programme delivery. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Culture Directorate as well as wider University stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead and manage significant and complex projects and programmes focused on people-related organizational development.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project objectives and foster a cooperative environment.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships based on trust while providing constructive support and challenge.
- Navigate ambiguity effectively, facilitating engagement and alignment among various parties.
