Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and technologically adept People Systems Analyst to join our team in Auckland. This role focuses on managing and improving HR technology, payroll systems, and HR data analytics to support business objectives and enhance employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain HR information systems such as Workday and DataPay, ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Support the creation and management of HR reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and Excel to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Lead automation and process enhancement efforts within HR by implementing tools including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and AI solutions.
• Manage HR data governance practices, perform audits, enable system integrations, and assist with system upgrades to support the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide assistance and guidance to both employees and managers in effectively utilizing HR systems.
• Administer processes related to compensation and benefits, including salary and bonus evaluations.
• Participate in HR projects, policy revisions, and ongoing process improvement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with HRIS platforms, with Workday knowledge considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Curious and proactive attitude towards emerging technology trends, particularly AI and automation, and their practical application in business and HR contexts.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for HR technology, data management, and continuous process refinement.
