Pre-Primary Coordinator

Role overview

This position is responsible for guiding and managing the pre-primary academic program at the school in Hyderabad. The role focuses on creating an engaging early learning environment, supporting teachers, and ensuring smooth coordination across academic and school activities.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of the pre-primary program and ensure it runs effectively.
• Coach, support, and supervise teachers working with young learners.
• Promote learning through hands-on, activity-based teaching methods.
• Work closely with parents and maintain regular communication with them.
• Help execute and strengthen the planned curriculum.
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of school events and activities.

Experience and profile

Applicants should ideally bring more than 5 years of relevant experience. Backgrounds such as NTT, Montessori, ECCE, or B.Ed are preferred for this role.
