We are seeking a driven and inquisitive Product Manager to join our team remotely in the United States. This role is tailored for early to mid-career professionals who thrive on tackling challenging problems at the crossroads of science, software, and AI. You will collaborate across departments to translate customer and business needs into impactful product capabilities, supporting engineers, researchers, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally to influence customer engagement strategies spanning marketing, sales, and business planning.
• Analyze customer feedback from interviews, usage data, and internal sources to uncover opportunities for product refinement.
• Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to guide product development and successful delivery.
• Engage with customer success and solutions engineering to understand workflows, use cases, and challenges in scientific and industrial settings.
• Help prioritize product backlogs by weighing customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategy.
• Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product discovery efforts.
• Support product launches and enablement by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Define and track metrics to gauge product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Develop and update product documentation, release notes, and internal training materials.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing technical and business constraints.
• Stay informed on trends in AI, machine learning, scientific computing, and enterprise software.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
• Between 1 and 5 years of experience in product management or related roles such as product operations, business analysis, consulting, or software implementation.
• A genuine curiosity and motivation to learn about new technologies and industries.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software products and Agile methodologies.
• Able to translate customer input into detailed product specifications or user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities comfortable with ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset, adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
