Role Summary

We are seeking a Mobile Product Manager to join our Mobile R&D team in Calabasas, CA. Collaborating directly with the Senior Director of Product Development, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of mobile app projects. This role includes responsibility for app analytics, revenue growth, and ensuring product success. You will be the business owner for assigned mobile apps, overseeing the entire customer experience journey from discovery through purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of mobile development projects, defining scope and goals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and QA teams to create an innovative and productive environment.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as SQL, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Amplitude, and data visualization platforms to evaluate app performance and user behaviors.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely releases, managing risks and communicating updates.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to refine product requirements.
• Coordinate with QA for comprehensive testing and prioritize defect resolutions.
• Create and update thorough documentation using Confluence.
• Address any project-related challenges with development and escalation as needed.
• Act as the app business owner, closely monitoring performance, analytics, and revenue.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years in technical project management, ideally within mobile or web technology sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile/web platforms, development methods, and QA/testing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for diverse audiences including technology teams and executives.
• Proven ability to work effectively across departments and with multiple teams.

Working Environment and Expectations

• Predominantly office-based setting with occasional moderate noise.
• Physical demands may include lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
• Regular use of computers and prolonged sitting or standing.
• Frequent team interactions through meetings, phone calls, and virtual platforms like WebEx and Zoom.
• Possible occasional travel requirements.
• Hybrid work schedule requiring presence in office three days a week and remote work two days.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $115,000 to $135,000.
