Program Control Lead

Role Overview

As a Program Control Lead, you will spearhead structured factory readiness initiatives and continuous build execution assistance, guaranteeing a seamless production ramp-up devoid of interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage space planning and finalize layout details collaborating with Industrial Engineering and Facility teams.
• Confirm the preparedness of utilities such as power, ESD protection, compressed air systems, and IT hardware infrastructure.
• Oversee the sequence of production equipment installation.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and ensure training completion before pilot production starts.
• Drive resolution of any readiness deficiencies prior to the commencement of builds.
• Lead support during build processes and monitor ramp-up progress.
• Maintain synchronization across all critical manufacturing factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method) in the initial ramp phases.
• Conduct daily build assessments throughout pilot runs and initial mass production stages.

Collaboration

Work closely with teams from Facility, Industrial Engineering, Engineering/TPM, Quality, Human Resources, and Operations.

Business Impact

This role ensures all readiness issues are addressed before the start of production (SOP) and helps minimize instability during ramp-up.

Experience & Education

Candidates should have 10 to 18 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services or electronics manufacturing environments, particularly with exposure to factory setup and ramp-up processes.

Educational qualification required is a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
