Role Overview
As a Program Manager at HP, you will oversee the transition of operational roles from the USA (Boise) to Singapore, ensuring smooth handover and continuity within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project involving the shift of roles from USA operations to Singapore.
- Define project scope, deliverables, key competencies, and skill sets alongside developing tracking metrics to monitor progress.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional project team including engineers and manufacturing partners to deliver cost-efficient, reliable, and high-quality solutions for Laser Printers.
- Engage in multiple simultaneous projects like ongoing production, sustainability efforts, and new product introductions.
- Drive innovation through digitalization, standardization, and process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor initiative progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Communicate effectively with management and both internal and outsourced partners to update project status, address challenges, and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Data Analytics is required.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity or working knowledge of relevant coding tools and software applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of manufacturing management processes is a plus.
