Program Manager

Job Overview

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of strategic transformation initiatives within an organization. The Program Manager will collaborate with various teams and external consultants to ensure alignment with company strategies and targeted operational models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering strategic business transformation programs.
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams, business units, and external consultants.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and prepare detailed status reports for management review.
• Ensure programs are consistent with the organization's strategic goals and operating models.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and define project scopes.
• Help design effective operating models and organizational structures.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and engage key stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Competence in managing stakeholders and external vendors.
• High level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Background in managing large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Project Management Consultant environments.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF.

Certifications

• Mandatory: Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Preferred: Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA is advantageous), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering.
