ملازمت کی تفصیل
About the Role
Join Kāinga Ora as a Project Coordinator, contributing to the effective delivery of our national redevelopment programme. Your role will support projects that aim to provide warmer, safer, and more sustainable homes. This permanent position, based at our Newmarket office, offers 5 weeks of annual leave and insurance benefits.
Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will manage and process project data across various Kāinga Ora systems, including lean methodology platforms, to ensure accurate reporting and smooth administration. You will maintain up-to-date project information, facilitate end-to-end construction workflows, and help keep project milestones and payments on schedule. Working collaboratively with construction teams, build partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, you will juggle multiple priorities and support reporting, financial coordination, quality assurance, risk management, business change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Your work will be fundamental in building an integrated and efficient housing delivery system that is accountable and reliable.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity suits a programme or project coordinator with at least two years of experience in complex environments and a willingness to deepen knowledge in housing delivery systems. You should thrive in an agile, team-based setting and have a sound understanding of residential construction processes, including the ability to interpret building plans and work with Oracle EAM. Experience with Ara and Plato project management systems is essential. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and adept at managing competing demands, working accurately with large volumes of information, and engaging effectively with colleagues, leadership, and external partners.
Benefits
Kāinga Ora offers competitive pay, five weeks of annual leave, a comprehensive benefits package including various insurances, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career development through training, study, and secondments. We prioritize employee well-being and work-life balance.
