Role overview
This position supports strategic project analysis for large-scale infrastructure initiatives delivered to Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. The work involves helping coordinate planning and deployment efforts that span many sites and rely on established methods, enterprise design services, and close collaboration with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial control across more than 30 small projects, including actual spend tracking, forecasting, and customer/partner billing.
- Prepare and send over 30 monthly customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Estimate project costs, revenue, and completion dates with a high level of precision.
- Build, update, and share internal and customer-facing reports in a clear, professional, and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with several cross-functional teams to keep project financial records accurate and up to date.
- Review weekly timecards and partner payments for more than 30 resources.
- Work directly with external partners to resolve issues, credits, and invoicing matters.
- Draft customer-facing change orders and manage the process through signature and submission.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Project Management, Finance, or a related area is preferred. A combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be accepted instead of a degree.
Experience
At least 1 year of progressive experience in a related role is required. Helpful background includes project management or coordination, financial stewardship, exposure to technology projects, familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks, financial reporting, leading team meetings, and influencing smaller teams.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
The role calls for strong MS Office capability, especially Excel and Outlook, along with excellent organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently, tracking budgets and timelines proactively, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, building team alignment, and solving problems creatively in a fast-moving environment focused on customer satisfaction.
