Project Engineer

About the Role

IHCC is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer specialized in Fit-Out projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a candidate with a strong technical background in civil engineering or architecture, who can efficiently manage site activities and coordinate various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations related to fit-out works ensuring smooth execution.
• Review and manage Revit models, shop drawings, and construction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline project communication.
• Ensure that all works conform to approved drawings, specifications, and adhere to the project timeline.
• Track site progress, monitor quality standards, and maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Address technical challenges and coordinate modifications in design as needed.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and actively participate in coordination meetings.
• Contribute to the successful completion and handover of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Fit-Out projects.
• Proficient user of Autodesk Revit with demonstrated capability in reviewing and coordinating project models.
• Solid understanding of fit-out construction techniques and finishing processes.
• Excellent ability to interpret and coordinate construction drawings and BIM models.
• Experience with AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to full-time on-site work.
