Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee portfolio financial planning including capital budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and investment assessments.
• Create financial models, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, portfolio forecasts, and recommendations to guide senior leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine financial planning, verify assumptions, and establish standardized portfolio planning approaches.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, commercial analytics, and financial modeling for client proposals and product investment evaluations.
• Track portfolio financial outcomes, detect trends and risks, and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Assist in vendor financial planning, assess commercial agreements, analyze contracts, and manage Intersegment Agreement procedures.
• Build strong interdisciplinary relationships across Product Delivery, Product Management, Finance, and Pricing teams to enhance portfolio planning and drive business results.
• Utilize organization-approved AI tools to boost efficiency, support innovative solutions, automate repetitive processes, and streamline workflows.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends to drive continuous enhancement and strategic innovation.
• Adhere to all employment terms, company policies, and directives, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, work shifts, and alternative work arrangements responding to dynamic business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, portfolio or financial planning, consulting, or product management roles.
• Proficiency in developing business cases, investment analysis, and preparing executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MBA or Master’s.
• Background in healthcare or health technology sector.
• Experience in pricing strategy, capital planning, portfolio management, or commercial analytical roles.
• Track record of supporting executive decision-making and managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
