QA QC Engineer

Role Overview

The QA QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes related to project requirements and adherence to compliance standards within the precast and construction sectors.

Key Duties

• Administer and maintain QA/QC project documentation, ensuring all quality criteria are met.
• Conduct inspections and approve materials in line with established quality procedures.
• Develop comprehensive quality plans, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and generate detailed project quality reports.
• Collaborate closely with site teams, production units, and project management to uphold required quality benchmarks consistently.
• Identify and fulfill documentation obligations for specialized projects involving LEED, ESTIDAMA, GREEN Building certifications, Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), among others.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• At least four years of hands-on QA/QC experience within the precast or broader construction industry.
• Strong familiarity with quality standards, inspection protocols, and quality-related documentation.
