Role Overview

This role requires leading integrated teams throughout project phases and providing various forms of support to ensure smooth progression and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer informal mentorship and support to junior team members, aiding in their skill development and process navigation.
• Efficiently handle project administrative duties, including managing diaries, setting up offices, maintaining filing systems, and correspondence aligned with Mace's standards.
• Manage project-related systems such as Infomace, Outlook mailboxes, directories, and training records to ensure they remain accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and client engagements to guarantee smooth and professional operations.
• Oversee financial and procurement activities, including petty cash reconciliations and processing supplier orders, while maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to Mace's net zero carbon goals by managing project emissions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in the relevant field.
