Position Overview
We invite an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our team remotely in Virginia, supporting federal government recruitment efforts. This contract role entails managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers and candidates. The position emphasizes employing cutting-edge, data-informed recruitment strategies, using tools such as Workday ATS, social media platforms, and Boolean search to discover both active and passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline. Ensuring integrity and adherence to compliance standards is a priority throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for federal government clients.
- Leverage Workday and social recruiting methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Bring over six years of talent acquisition and full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
