Relationship Manager

About the Company and Role

Shubham Housing Finance Ltd., operating from its Jhandewalan branch in Delhi, is looking to hire a Relationship Manager to handle Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role involves building and maintaining strong networks within the home loan sector to meet the branch’s sales objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers interested in Home Loans and LAP products.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with builders, brokers, and clients.
• Meet or exceed the sales targets assigned to the branch.
• Ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and provide excellent customer service throughout.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a graduate degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably related to Home Loans, LAP, or the BFSI sector.
• Strong communication and sales capabilities.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a good understanding of the local market.

Additional Information

The position offers a compensation package ranging from ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum, plus incentives. Candidates are expected to work onsite at the Delhi branch.
