Role Overview
This full-time position for a Research and Development Program Manager is based in Patna and supports a hybrid work model, permitting occasional remote work. The role centers on crafting and overseeing research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing Scrollwell’s educational programs and training offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and monitor emerging educational technologies and instructional methodologies.
- Formulate program roadmaps and direct cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Track milestones and evaluate outcomes of R&D projects.
- Analyze data and user feedback to improve the effectiveness of training programs.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Work collaboratively with trainers, curriculum developers, operations teams, and external partners to implement R&D findings into practical training solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in program and project management to successfully plan and manage multiple R&D projects.
- Strong research capabilities to identify trends, validate ideas, and innovate educational products.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to foster effective teamwork internally and with partners.
- Previous experience in educational technology, training, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in education, management, social sciences, engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, meet deadlines, and adapt within a rapidly evolving educational environment.
