RTR Finance Tower Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced RTR Finance Tower Lead to oversee extensive teams within the Record to Report (RTR) function. This leadership role focuses on ensuring consistent delivery, maintaining compliance with regulations, and aligning with key stakeholders across the business. The role includes driving transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting processes, and implementing process improvements aimed at achieving business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in the RTR domain, combined with demonstrated leadership skills in managing large teams. Strong abilities in stakeholder management, financial reporting, and process optimization are essential. Exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and finance operations will be beneficial to effectively deliver across all responsibilities.
