Job Overview

ICICI Bank is urgently seeking Sales Executives to join various departments including Telecaller, Credit Card, Commercial Card, and other banking units. This is a permanent on-roll position offering ample growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers through telecalling and direct sales efforts.
• Promote and sell bank products such as credit and commercial cards.
• Coordinate with different banking departments to meet sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Educational qualification of either 12th pass or graduate.
• Applicants aged between 18 and 39 years.
• Freshers as well as those with sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of a bike is mandatory for the role.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Weekly off on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Bank holidays observed along with paid leaves in accordance with company policy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 with attractive incentives potentially exceeding ₹50,000.

• Performance-based fast track increment available after 3 months.
