About the Role

Kodland is an international online programming school for children, experiencing rapid growth in Latin America and Brazil. We are seeking full-time Sales Consultants to join our dedicated, high-performance team. This role involves conducting live video consultations with parents who have scheduled a free trial lesson for their children. Your main goal will be to understand the family's objectives, recommend the most suitable program, and close the sale all within a single 75-minute session. There is no active prospecting or cold calling; the client will be waiting for you in the meeting.

Position Highlights

• Fully remote work, full-time, 5 days per week;
• Work schedule to be determined jointly with your supervisor;
• Real-time monitoring of activities ensures high consistency and performance standards;
• Mandatory paid vacations every three months with fixed pay guaranteed;
• Reports assisted by artificial intelligence reduce administrative tasks, allowing greater focus on sales.

Compensation

• Base salary of USD 500 per month;
• Commission of up to 7% on sales;
• Total earnings typically range from USD 800 to USD 1,200 monthly, with the possibility to reach USD 1,500 for top performers.

Who You Are

• Have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in online or telephone sales;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume customer service environment;
• Fully responsible for managing your own schedule and sales results;
• Reliable internet connection and contingency plans for interruptions;
• Fluent in Portuguese; Spanish language skills are a plus.
