Role Overview

As the Salesforce Tech Lead for Platforms & Agentforce, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness and scalability of Salesforce implementations across the organization. Your responsibilities will include defining governance for releases, enhancing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, setting environment strategies, and maintaining deployment stability for core components such as Agent Console, CPQ, Product Catalogue, and XOM/COM.

You will collaborate extensively with squads and the design authority to advance DevOps methodologies, improve release quality, and establish industry best practices. A key aspect of your role will also be integrating AI tools thoughtfully to boost delivery effectiveness while upholding stability, governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of Agentforce and Data Cloud components.
  • Develop release governance models and define criteria for readiness to deploy across Salesforce streams, including managing parallel release flows.
  • Enhance DevOps practices focusing on branching strategies to reduce code divergence and improve stability during parallel development.
  • Advocate and architect improvements in CI/CD and deployment processes, including optimization techniques like differential or delta deployments.
