Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a collaborative venture between Tata AutoComp Systems and Gotion, China, founded in March 2020 to drive India's clean energy transition. The company focuses on designing, developing, manufacturing, and supplying advanced lithium-ion battery packs for electric vehicles across various categories including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger and commercial vehicles, buses, tractors, off-road machinery, industrial uses, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Operating modern manufacturing units in Pune and Gujarat, they deliver safe, sustainable, and high-performing energy solutions. By combining Gotion’s leadership in battery technology with Tata AutoComp’s automotive manufacturing heritage, they provide next-generation EV energy storage from Pune and Gujarat facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform schedule calculations to support supply chain activities.
• Ensure adherence to the 3Rs: delivering the right quality, quantity, and timing of materials.
• Track vehicle movements during transit to monitor logistics.
• Compare planned schedules against actual supply to identify discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain supply reliability.
• Track capacity and volume metrics and conduct gap analyses.
• Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance performance.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance and maintain communication with transport fleets to guarantee material availability for production.
• Coordinate regularly with the stores department to monitor material flow and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct supplier facility visits to verify material readiness supporting smooth production processes.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold any of the following qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electronics, or a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical.
