About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. is looking for an accomplished Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies to join their teams across major Indian cities including Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. The position requires handling advanced AI projects involving LLMs, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and MLOps, aimed at deploying AI solutions at production scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions with a specialization in Generative AI capabilities.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications utilizing Large Language Models, retrieval augmented generation, and agent-driven AI methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for AI integration.
- Create scalable AI pipelines optimized through cloud platform services and MLOps standards.
- Automate continuous integration and deployment processes for AI/ML initiatives.
- Lead innovation efforts driving AI advancements and establishing best operational practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of eight years' professional experience focusing on AI/ML engineering.
- Proven skill set in Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini; expertise in Large Language Models.
- Competence in using AI tools and libraries including LangChain, Vector Databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Applied knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform along with production scale AI deployments.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow and principles of DevSecOps integration.
Desirable Experience
- Background in marketing analytics or managing content supply chains via AI solutions.
- Leadership roles in deploying large-scale AI projects within enterprises.
- Track record for delivering impactful AI/ML products with measurable outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in any specialization.
