Senior E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

Arabian Aroma is seeking a driven Senior E-commerce Executive to lead and optimize its online sales operations. This position demands a motivated individual with a background in managing e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, solid execution capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where precision and speed are essential.

The successful candidate will independently oversee daily marketplace activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and contribute actively to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive operations across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, maintain catalog accuracy, update pricing, and synchronize inventory.
• Ensure prompt order processing, fulfillment, and dispatching to customers.
• Handle platform-specific operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other online marketplaces.
• Continuously monitor product availability, stock levels, and pricing correctness on all sales channels.
• Develop, implement, and supervise promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, customer support, and marketing teams to guarantee efficient daily workflows.
• Analyze sales data, marketplace performance, and customer behavior to discover growth opportunities.
• Quickly address issues with listings, inventory mismatches, order queries, and escalate platform-related concerns as needed.
• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Track essential KPIs including sales figures, conversion rates, stock status, cancellations, returns, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and revenue generation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce and quick-commerce operational roles.
• Practical skills managing Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
• In-depth understanding of product cataloging, inventory management, order handling, and pricing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, team coordination aptitude, and leadership qualities.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or perfume sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller dashboards, ERP systems, and inventory software.
• Experience designing promotional strategies and boosting marketplace performance metrics.

Additional Information

• Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• This is a full-time, permanent position based at the company location in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
• Monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, dependent on qualifications and interview results.
