Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Master Plan Design Manager based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the development and evaluation of plans and criteria across various projects, ensuring feasibility, compliance with laws, and managing specialized planning efforts, including large-scale development proposals and environmental assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review plans and criteria for diverse projects and guide others in their execution.
- Evaluate the practicality and integrity of proposed planning products and initiatives.
- Serve as a technical advisor on specific specialties, facility types, industries, equipment, or programs.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations during planning activities.
- Oversee specialized functions related to large-scale development and environmental studies.
- Manage planning matters related to Industrial Engineering (IE) comprehensively.
- Provide expert advice to the Planning Director and various governing bodies on planning topics.
- Assess operations under your responsibility and recommend operational improvements through detailed reporting.
