Role Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations efficiently and effectively
• Exemplify Zambrero's values and culture through your behavior and standards
• Assist with training and development of team members to foster positive customer experiences
• Take part in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Help manage staff, including performance reviews and creating rosters
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meets the highest quality standards
• Participate in ordering supplies from vendors
• Support administrative tasks such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and policy review
• Oversee daily and weekly cleaning of all production and dining areas
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ensure workplace safety and security requirements are met and that employees receive appropriate health and safety training
