Snowflake and DBT Data Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake and DBT Data Engineer based in Kochi, with a preferred option for Chennai, possessing over 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves working with cloud-based data platforms, development of data pipelines, and managing data warehousing solutions leveraging Snowflake and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms alongside Snowflake and PL/SQL for data engineering tasks.
• Employ advanced knowledge of Snowflake architecture and SQL to manipulate data efficiently.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as Informatica and DBT.
• Manage data warehousing projects including extraction, transformation, and loading of data into Snowflake.
• Create scalable and maintainable data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow and accessibility from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data across multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize data workflows and storage for enhanced performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish data validation and quality assurance procedures to maintain data integrity throughout lifecycle stages.
• Continuously monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability.
