Strategy Consultant - Remote Contract Position

This contract opportunity is for a Strategy Consultant working remotely with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and critically assess consulting deliverables related to mergers and acquisitions and investment cases, including tasks like EBITDA normalization, company valuation, and debt structuring for acquisition.
• Formulate post-merger integration strategies emphasizing synergy implementation phases, one-time expenses, and integration narratives.
• Analyze multifaceted information from data rooms, due diligence materials, and stakeholder inputs to develop coherent, well-founded cases.
• Prepare polished client-ready documents such as memos, financial models, and strategic recommendations clearly outlining assumptions and risks.
• Independently manage projects from initial assessment through to producing decision-quality outputs.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of experience at a leading consulting or advisory firm or equivalent internal corporate development role.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving capabilities with the aptitude to deliver sound recommendations in ambiguous scenarios.
• Robust financial understanding and advanced skills in modeling, including leveraged buyouts, three-statement models, and pro forma analyses.
• Proven ability to independently take ownership of client engagements.

Compensation and Contract Details

This is an hourly contractor position offering $95 per hour.
