About the Role
This position targets experienced professionals in management consulting to support advanced artificial intelligence research and evaluation initiatives. The core focus is to appraise how well AI systems execute authentic consulting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, task-focused criteria to evaluate diverse consulting outputs such as market analyses, strategic advice, financial models, presentations prepared for clients, and implementation plans.
- Assess and assign scores to work samples produced both by AI and human consultants, strictly applying predefined evaluation metrics.
- Develop comprehensive written rationales to justify every evaluation and score granted.
- Utilize consistent, evidence-backed professional judgment to ensure evaluative processes are repeatable and defendable.
- Review consulting deliverables based on analytical thoroughness, strategic relevance, accuracy, organization, and readiness for client presentation.
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers in a structured way and adjust evaluations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of management consulting experience in a professional capacity.
- Background working at premier strategy or management consulting firms, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equally reputable organizations.
- Strong expertise in structured problem-solving techniques, market sizing, building financial models, developing business cases, and communicating at executive levels.
- Adept at evaluating strategic recommendations, quantitative data analyses, and polished presentations intended for clients.
- Excellent written communication skills capable of clearly articulating reasons why a deliverable meets or falls short of professional standards.
- Meticulous in attention to detail with firm analytical rigor and steady professional judgment.
- Comfort in receiving constructive feedback and fine-tuning evaluations consistent with established standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reviewing or assessing consulting deliverables.
- Mentality for mentoring consultants or evaluating outputs from analyst and associate levels.
- Previous involvement with AI training, model assessment, or projects involving human-sourced data.
- Exposure to a variety of industries, business functions, or strategic problem-solving scenarios.
Compensation and Terms
- Competitive hourly pay between $150 and $220.
- Payments made weekly.
- Engagement as an independent contractor.
