Role Overview

As a key member of the People team reporting to the Head of People, the Learning & Development professional will architect and scale SentiLink's comprehensive learning strategy. This foundational role involves crafting, enhancing, and executing diverse programs supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, fraud education, managerial and leadership development, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing.

The incumbent will pinpoint critical skill gaps, design pragmatic and engaging learning experiences, collaborate closely with business leaders to tailor solutions, and continuously evaluate the impact of learning initiatives to optimize effectiveness. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on program development and facilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and steer the organization’s learning and development strategy by assessing capability deficits and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Create, deploy, and refine learning modules for company-wide onboarding, department integration, fraud awareness, and leadership training.
  • Collaborate with leadership to discern workforce needs and devise applicable, outcome-driven learning solutions.
  • Lead engaging workshops and training sessions targeted at employees, managers, and executives.
  • Enhance organizational knowledge accessibility via scalable resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
  • Analyze program success metrics and apply insights for ongoing program enhancement.
  • Balance strategic planning with direct involvement in learning program implementation and management.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years’ experience in consulting, learning and development, talent development, or related fields with leadership in learning or organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong project management aptitude capable of independently managing multiple initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Skilled in designing engaging and practical educational experiences for adult learners.

Compensation and Benefits
