About the Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is the core business at Citco, renowned for its alternative asset and accounting services. The company invests continuously in employee learning and technological tools to ensure a smooth client experience.

Your Role

• Manage and execute the Monthly Net Asset Value package including cash and portfolio reconciliations, income and expense accruals, partner/shareholder allocation calculations where relevant, financial statement preparation, and review of trial balances and workpapers.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of client services and manage client relationships, including senior management engagement and onboarding new clients.
• Coordinate and oversee external audit processes.
• Review and handle notices related to capital calls and distributions on portfolio fund holdings.
• Respond to client inquiries through outbound calls, offering technical accounting and industry expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tax, Investor Relations, Financial Statement teams, and others within Citco.
• Examine partnership agreements, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), and other related documents.
• Participate in implementing fund structures within Citco’s proprietary accounting system.
• Engage regularly with the Profit and Loss team regarding valuations and price analysis.

About You

• Holds a university degree in accounting, finance, or economics; or a professional accounting qualification such as CGA, CMA, CA, CPA, or CFA.
• Has experience in financial services, particularly with hedge funds or private equity funds, along with significant supervisory and managerial background.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel and Outlook, with proven financial reporting, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
• Thrives in high-pressure, deadline-oriented professional environments.
