Role Overview

We seek a dedicated internal recruiter to expedite talent acquisition by expertly sourcing candidates from diverse channels. Your primary task is to collaborate closely with hiring managers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, reduce time-to-fill for open roles, and clearly communicate the advantages of joining HG Insights to prospective applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines across departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, G&A, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and clarify the recruitment process.
Source candidates via digital platforms, social media, and professional networks to ensure enough quality applicants through inbound and outreach strategies.
Arrange and coordinate virtual interviews, providing clear expectations to candidates and interviewers.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Utilize the ATS platform (Greenhouse) and AI tools to attract and track top talent.
