Team Member

About the Role

Sprout is looking for a Team Member who helps create the welcoming, upbeat experience customers return for. This position sits at the center of the restaurant operation, combining friendly service, food prep support, and day-to-day teamwork to keep service running smoothly.

You will work closely with the General Manager and be part of a close-knit crew that values good energy, strong service, and a genuine interest in people and food. The role is available as both full-time and part-time.

Pay is €14.15 to €14.50 per hour, with the exact rate depending on experience and the duties assigned.

What You Will Do

• Move between different tasks during the shift, including preparing ingredients, setting up the service area, and keeping the restaurant in good order.
• Create a warm, positive experience for every guest and make them feel welcomed and supported.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment throughout the day.
• Work across multiple service stations such as till, toppings, and mixing, while learning the full workflow.
• Use checklists and standards to help ensure every dish meets presentation and taste expectations.
• Build strong knowledge of the menu so you can explain options and suggest dishes confidently.
• Support the team in following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• No prior experience is needed, as full training will be provided.
• A solid level of English is required so you can follow instructions and speak confidently with both customers and colleagues.
• You should be receptive to feedback and willing to keep developing your skills.
• Reliability matters, including punctuality and a consistent approach to doing good work.

Additional Information

Reporting line: General Manager.

Contract options: full-time and part-time are available.
