Job Overview

The role of Technical Support Engineer for the International Voice Process involves engaging with global customers through voice calls to deliver exceptional technical assistance. This position requires effective communication, basic troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network domains, and prior experience in an international call center setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical support to international clients via voice communication.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, internet, email, and applications.
• Assist customers step-by-step while ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Refer complex problems to specialized support teams as needed.
• Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately using ticketing tools.
• Work to resolve issues within defined service level agreements to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Job Details

• Location: SP Info City, Gurugram, India
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
• Experience Required: Between 6 months and 1 year; international call center experience preferred
