Role Overview

Equinox Labs is hiring a Tele Caller in Navi Mumbai. The role involves speaking with prospective and existing customers over the phone, explaining products or services through a prepared script, and helping route qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective and current customers by phone and present products or services using the provided script.
• Assess incoming leads, separate them by requirement, and ask relevant questions to understand customer needs before passing them on to sales.
• Record and maintain customer details such as names, addresses, and other relevant information in the database.
• Maintain call logs and keep an accurate record of all telephonic interactions.
• Handle calls from customers responding to advertisements and provide the necessary follow-up.
• Follow up with customers after the first interaction to continue the conversation and support conversion efforts.
• Support team goals by taking on related tasks and contributing wherever needed.

Eligibility

This role is open to any graduate.
