The Prosperia Group is seeking a dedicated Telecaller based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves proactive outreach to potential candidates using job portal listings and in-house databases, facilitating the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential candidates via phone to discuss job vacancies, including salient details like salary, location, and organizational policies.
• Assess candidate eligibility and suitability for various roles prior to further processing.
• Arrange interviews and collaborate effectively with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates till their joining to ensure smooth transition.
• Support candidates through documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Document all daily communications and keep recruitment trackers up-to-date.
• Meet established daily and monthly targets for candidate joining.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive candidate database to support future recruitment efforts.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient communication skills primarily in Hindi, with basic English comprehension preferred.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence candidate decisions.
• Confident and positive demeanor during phone interactions.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Capability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Self-driven and focused on achieving targets consistently.

Compensation

Remuneration for this position ranges between 7000 to 9000 INR per month.
