Test Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our team onsite in Toronto, Ontario. This contract role requires working onsite three days a week with a competitive compensation rate of CAD 40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze software requirements and Functional Specification Documents, providing feedback and comments.
• Develop and update test cases aligned to newly introduced features.
• Generate necessary test data for execution.
• Perform execution of test cases and monitor outcomes.
• Identify, report, and verify defects and bugs within the software.
• Conduct functional testing and regression testing of the product.
• Maintain documentation and regularly report on test execution progress to team leads.
• Prepare detailed documentation related to analysis and test execution.

Additional Information

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Test Analyst role.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is essential, with a thorough understanding of order journeys.
• Familiarity with Stub and Drivers concepts is required.
